SAE GRANT APPLICATION


The Smyrna FFA Alumni believes agricultural education students should have the maximum opportunity to grow and succeed, leaving high school as prepared as possible for the world ahead. By completing this grant application, you're asking the Smyrna FFA Alumni to make an investment in Agriculture Education. Funds allocated through Supervised Agriculture Experience (SAE) Grants are intended to make a lasting impact on the future of Smyrna FFA members.


Reminder: Your FFA Advisor's permission is required to begin the project and receive funding from the Alumni. Please attach a signed statement indicating your advisor's concurrence of your approved SAE.


Application Deadline: April 4th 2025

Grant Awarded: Minimum $100 not to exceed $2000

Recognition: Smyrna FFA Chapter Banquet

FFA Involvement

List your FFA activities, events, officer positions, etc at Chapter, State, National levels.

SAE PROJECT INFORMATION

Describe your Project Plan in an essay of 3 to 5 paragraphs and upload here.

Explain how this grant will benefit the development and/or expansion of your SAE.

What will the entire SAE Project cost? Do the costs exceed the request of this grant? If yes, please explain where the additional funds will come from. Use the cost list upload to submit an itemized list.

FFA MEMBERS in SENIOR YEAR please answer the following question.

Are you working toward obtaining your American Degree? If so, please explain how your SAE project will continue after graduation.
